Flying Yellow

I came off my bike on Monday night after swimming. It hurts. Seany gave me sausage rolls and kissed me better. Nuff said.

    Dangerous sport,cycling - get well soon,Paul. Good to hear swimming/sveltesse progressing apace.Not yet made it to Clapham - put off by difficulties of manoeuvring(literally!) from showers to/from pool. John S

    It's a shame you can't make it, John. It is a very good pool with sensible width lanes and it's not too busy. Hopefully I will catch you when and if Streatham re-opens. Have a great Christmas otherwise.
